I couldn’t get them to strike nothing I was using so I started taking the jig and rubber grub worm and bouncing it on there forehead till they attacked it

I caught the large mouth using a Snapback tube with no weights running it on the surface like a popper .The hybrid green ear sunny was caught using a spinner in a local creek he's in my fish tank right now The big bullhead would have set a new state record and a new line class record for IGFA . But I didn’t no it and ate the thing  before I found out . It was 23 and a half inches long big and fat caught it on a half of minnow.
